Group Tracker · last updated 2 October 2026

Group Tracker lets people track goals and habits together. This page explains what the app stores, why, and how to delete it.

What we store

What we don't do

Who can see your data

Members of a tracker see each other's name, username, avatar and what they log in that tracker. The tracker's admins also see people who asked to join. Nobody outside a tracker can see its data.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, in the United States. Crash reports are processed by Sentry, push notifications by Expo and your browser's push service, the website by Cloudflare, and subscription status by RevenueCat. They act as processors on our behalf.

Deleting your data

Delete some of your data without deleting your account, inside the Group Tracker app:

Delete your whole account: open Settings → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, everything you logged, your memberships, your push tokens and your sign-in. Trackers you run pass to another member, or are deleted if you were the only one. Deleting the app alone does not delete your data. If your account is backed up you can sign back in; if not, you lose access to it.

What is kept: nothing identifiable. Crash reports in Sentry expire after 90 days. Purchase records stay with Google Play or Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies. Usernames of accounts that were never backed up and have been inactive for 90 days are released for others to use.

Without the app: email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or with your username, and say what you want deleted. We act within 30 days.

Children

Group Tracker is not directed at children under 13.
